We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Immigration Counselling & Processing Associate who can manage the client journey from the initial consultation through to visa processing.
This role combines counselling, case management, documentation, client communication, and visa application processing. The ideal candidate should enjoy helping people, possess strong attention to detail, and be willing to continuously learn immigration legislation and visa pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Immigration Counsellor
- Conduct consultations and understand clients' migration goals.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service fees.
- Build trust through ethical and transparent advice.
- Convert qualified enquiries into enrolled clients.
Processing Associate
- Prepare and review visa applications with accuracy.
- Collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation.
- Draft supporting letters and submissions where required.
- Coordinate with clients until application lodgement.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal quality standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide regular updates throughout the client journey.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM and case records.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through visa outcome.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Registered Migration Agents and processing teams.
- Participate in regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Keep updated with immigration policy changes across multiple countries.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and client experience.
Preferred candidate profile
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional attitude with ethical standards.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to continuously learn immigration regulations.
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in overseas education, immigration, visa counselling, or visa processing.
- Experience handling Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, or European visa applications.
- Understanding of Australian immigration pathways (advantage).
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
