Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and commercial clients.
- Present the company's interior design services and solutions.
- Schedule client meetings for the design team.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Update CRM and daily visit reports.
- Coordinate with design and project teams until project closure.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (interior, construction, real estate, furniture preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
