At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ The IL Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the supply chain by managing LSP performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs, and advancing digital integration through automation and real-time shipment visibility.

The role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external LSPs to support efficient operations, continuous improvement, and successful customer implementations. How you create impact LSP (3PL) Management Manage and oversee Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure service excellence

Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage escalations

Support LSP onboarding, integration, SOP implementation, EDI, and digital initiatives

Coordinate with customers, Control Towers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Lead LSP training and change management during new implementations Problem Solving Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve operational issues affecting KPIs and service quality

Identify process bottlenecks, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions

Monitor process deviations and troubleshoot system or data integration issues Business Continuity & Hypercare Ensure BCP readiness and resolve critical supply chain disruptions during Hypercare Freight Procurement Support transportation procurement, supplier management,



and cost optimization What we would like you to bring Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Strong background in 3PL/logistics operations

Experience in transportation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge of reefer containers, GDP/GxP, and logistics data management

Experience in LSP supplier management, including performance monitoring and escalation handling

Candidates with an Operations Excellence Manager background may also be considered
