- In-depth knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, ACHT, NPS, SLA, and Repeat.
- Expertise in BPO operations and ability to train and manage team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel for performance-related reporting.
- Robust time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
