Pathway Language Institute is a leading language training institute dedicated to helping students achieve academic, professional, and career success through high-quality language training. We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS and Communicative English trainer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging IELTS (Academic & General) and Communicative English training sessions.
- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and mock tests.
- Track student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.
- Motivate students to achieve their target band scores and improve their confidence in English communication.
- Participate in academic meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

Requirements
- Master's degree in English Literature.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IELTS and Communicative English training. (preferred)
- IELTS Trainer Certification or equivalent IELTS teaching certification (preferred)
- Valid IELTS Academic or General Training score of Band 7.5 or above




- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam patterns and assessment criteria.
- Excellent presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students from diverse educational backgrounds.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
- Student-focused teaching approach.
- Ability to prepare customized study plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using online teaching platforms.

Salary Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
