Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate IELTS Faculty members to train students preparing for the IELTS examination. Candidates with an overall IELTS score of 6.5–7.0 bands and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong language proficiency and a passion for teaching are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online IELTS training sessions.
- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate answer sheets.
- Develop lesson plans and study materials as per IELTS standards.
- Guide students on exam strategies and time management.
- Track student progress and maintain academic records.
- Motivate students to achieve their target band scores.





Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Overall IELTS Band Score: 6.5–7.0 (preferred). IELTS band scores indicate English proficiency, with Band 6.5–7 representing competent to good command of English.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of teaching/training experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).

- Good command of English grammar and vocabulary.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹10,680.91 - ₹20,732.19 per month
