- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, cardiac monitors, and patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in CPR/resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts, and treatment records.
- Follow infection-control procedures and ICU protocols.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their families.
