The Design

Engineer will play a crucial role in the preparation of design drawings, layouts, schematics, and BIM models for IBMS and ELV systems. This position is essential for ensuring that all design deliverables are coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project standards and client requirements. The candidate will collaborate closely with IBMS engineers, MEP teams, architects, and site teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D and 3D coordinated drawings for IBMS and ELV systems.

Develop layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, device layouts, and coordinated ceiling/service drawings.

Create BIM/Revit models for

Fire Alarm & Public Address (FAPA) systems

Access Control Systems (ACS)

CCTV Surveillance systems

VESDA systems

Water Leak Detection (WLD) systems





Rodent Repellent Systems (RRS)

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Coordinate IBMS layouts with other MEP services.

Support clash-free coordination during design and construction stages.

Prepare device layouts, equipment room layouts, and typical installation details.

Review shop drawings and coordination drawings.

Mandatory Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with Revit MEP Preferred Qualifications Relevant degree in Engineering or Architecture

3+ years of experience in design engineering for IBMS and ELV systems

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
