We are looking for an iBwave Design Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in in-building wireless/DAS design. The candidate should be proficient in iBwave Design software and AutoCAD, capable of preparing detailed RF and layout designs, and willing to travel to project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare iBwave design files for In-Building Solutions (IBS) / DAS projects (Cellular / Public Safety / PMR / Wi-Fi).
- Perform site surveys and collect RF & building data for design inputs.
- Develop floor-wise layouts, antenna placements, cable routing, and equipment positioning.
- Create and update AutoCAD drawings (Floor plans, Riser diagrams, Cable routes).
- Generate Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and material take-offs from iBwave designs.
- Coordinate with project, implementation, and RF teams for design clarifications.
- Support design revisions based on customer/operator feedback.
- Maintain proper design documentation as per project standards.
- Assist during installation & commissioning phases when required.
