Responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, ticketing, itinerary planning, and travel-related support. Freshers with an IATA certification and a passion for the travel industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings
- Support hotel, holiday package, and transportation reservations
- Prepare travel itineraries and travel documents
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Update booking records and maintain accurate customer information
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on travel requests
- Stay updated on airline policies, fares, and travel regulations
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel operations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- IATA Certification is mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience:
- Internship or training in a travel agency, airline, or tour operator
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
