Job Summary

Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes for human and non-human identities using Saviynt IGA. Configure, administer, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes for human and non-human identities using Saviynt IGA.

- Configure, administer, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

- Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, databases, REST APIs, and third-party enterprise applications.

- Develop and customize workflows, connectors, access request processes, and identity lifecycle workflows.

- Configure and manage Access Reviews and Certification Campaigns, including User Manager, Entitlement Owner, and Application Owner campaigns.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Saviynt and IAM issues through advanced debugging and root cause analysis.





- Collaborate with technology vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and integration challenges.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and preparation of technical design documentation.

- Work closely with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to implement IAM policies, governance, and access controls.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, IAM processes, operational procedures, and best practices.
