Skills : SailPoint IGA, Entra ID, Savyint, Okta The IAM Modernization Discovery is a strategic assessment initiative rather than a product implementation project. The scope includes enterprise-wide IAM strategy definition, current-state assessment, IAM maturity evaluation, identity landscape analysis, target-state architecture development, operating model definition, tool fitment assessment, and creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap. These activities require architectural judgment, business alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement beyond traditional implementation expertise.

Some of the key activities to be performed during the project: 1. Lead enterprise-level IAM strategy discussions rather than solution deployment activities.





- Assess and define future-state capabilities across workforce, privileged, third-party, service, and application identities.
- Evaluate IAM alignment with Zero Trust, resilience objectives, EA principles, and operating model considerations.
- Produce technology-agnostic recommendations that influence Aker Solutions long-term IAM direction. 5.

Facilitate Architecture

Board alignment and executive walkthroughs.

- Define governance, operating model, and roadmap recommendations that require significant industry experience and architectural maturity.
