Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Modeling: Build 3D HVAC models and shop drawings in Autodesk Revit from concept to construction documents.

- Calculations & Sizing: Perform cooling and heating load calculations, pressure drops, and airflow sizing.

- Equipment Selection: Choose proper air handling units, fans, diffusers, and chillers.

- Clash Detection: Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and structural trades to transparent spatial conflicts.

- Documentation: Extract material lists, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project specifications

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

- Experience: 3 to 8+ years in MEP or HVAC design.

- Software Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and clash tools like Navisworks.

- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international building codes (ASHRAE, NBC, etc.).
