We are hiring recent college graduates as a HR Executive to own & co-own various HR aspects - Recruitment, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Relations etc. for our US and India offices.

Job Location:

· Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:

· 6pm to 3am

· Monday to Friday

· Work from office

Bond:

· No bond or agreement

Responsibilities:

· Assist in job posting, sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews





· Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees

· Address employees' inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses for management review

· Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, employee development programs etc.

· Assist in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies etc.

· Coordinate employee separations, including exit interviews, completion of necessary paperwork etc.

Skills Required:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge and understanding of different aspects of HRM

· Go-getter and energetic personality

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary Range:

· 30K to 35K/month
