Job Title: HR Trainee

Location: Noida, Sector 2 (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time employment

Duration: 3 Months About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and drive key People functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is eager to take ownership of end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth documentation and joining experience for recent hires 2. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers with accuracy 3.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal activities 4. Draft HR communications including policies, offer letters, and internal announcements 5. Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic compliance processes 6.

Collaborate closely with the HR team and business teams on daily HR operations 7.



Support performance management and employee lifecycle documentation 8. Conduct telephonic interviews and assist in initial candidate screening What You’ll Gain 1.

- A certificate of internship completion upon successful completion of 3 months Qualifications 1. Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field 2. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach to work.
- Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern HR tools.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
