-Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, technicians.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation on ERP
- Coordinate onboarding of recent employees
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Monitor employee discipline, grievances, and workplace policies
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for workers and staff
- Support safety and welfare initiatives within the factory premises
