Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based at the Bengaluru campus. This role manages end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes for academic, administrative, and support staff. The specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, oversee personnel records, and administer employee benefits to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Daily responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting performance management activities, coordinating training and development initiatives,



and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR practices. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in educational or service-oriented organizations.

Ability to design, implement, and interpret HR Policies aligned with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.

Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.

Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records, handling employee relations, and supporting performance processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.

Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Comfort with HRIS and productivity tools, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
