An in-house legal team handles all property-related compliance, contracts, documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements. XLNC Cars extends the group’s services into vehicle rentals, offering well-maintained cars for short- and long-term use.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for overseeing the HR function for XLNC Exotic’s growing, multi-business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee records across real estate, hospitality, legal, and mobility teams. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and compensation and advantages programs aligned with company objectives and local regulations.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution,



ensure compliance with labor laws, and coordinate training and development initiatives to build capabilities across departments. This position also collaborates closely with leadership to support organizational culture, engagement, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Proficiency in HR policy development, compensation and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.

Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in workplace ethics, inclusion, and safety.

Experience coordinating training, development, and coaching programs to support multi-disciplinary teams.

Advanced interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make data-informed HR decisions.

Comfort using HRIS and basic office software tools for reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or services-oriented businesses is preferred.
