We're Hiring HR Operation Officer

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

* 4–7 years in HR / people operations — engineering,

construction or consultancy preferred

* You've run full-cycle recruitment alone — sourcing to signed offer

* Hands-on with an HRIS — Zoho People strongly preferred

* You've written real policies people actually use —

bring a sample

* Calm with sensitive cases — advances, grievances,

exits — documented, by policy

* Fluent written English — you write to every candidate and employee

* You build processes that outlast you

* Happy to work UAE hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 AM–05:30

PM, Sat 08:00 AM–02:00 PM (UAE Time)

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

* Onboarding — accounts, forms, orientation, mentor assignment, timesheet training

* Employee lifecycle — Master Sheet, PTO,

attendance, one-on-ones, grievances

* Monthly payroll inputs to Finance in Zoho People —

attendance, leave, adjustments

* Offboarding — complete access teardown, sole owner of the checklist

* Policies & documentation — code of conduct, leave,

perks, probation reviews

* Attrition — spot it early, raise it, fix what's fixable
