Coimbatore and help us recruit talented part-time IT trainers for our growing training programs.

As we continuously launch new batches, we're looking for an HR Recruiter who can identify, onboard, and coordinate experienced trainers to ensure every batch starts and completes successfully. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Source and recruit part-time trainers for IT and software courses.

✅ Build and maintain a strong trainer database for continuous hiring.

✅ Coordinate trainer schedules for evening batches (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

✅ Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and complete onboarding.

✅ Coordinate with trainers to ensure classes are delivered on time.

✅ Monitor batch progress and ensure timely course completion.

✅ Handle trainer replacements and scheduling whenever required. Qualifications:





? Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory) Experience:

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

✔ 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Staffing, or Coordination is preferred. What We're Looking For:

✔ Robust sourcing and recruitment abilities

✔ Good organizational and coordination skills

✔ Ability to build long-term relationships with trainers

✔ Passion for recruitment and people management
