Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.

Oversee employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.

Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.

Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMIS data.

Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.

Support management with HR analytics, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives. Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.





MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred: Experience in media, publishing, or a similar industry is an advantage.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
