Job Summary

SkyyRider Electric Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager – Recruitment & Operations to lead end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing the complete employee lifecycle while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Develop recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.

Lead onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes.

Oversee attendance, leave management, HRMS, payroll coordination, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management processes.

Monitor employee engagement, retention,



and training initiatives.

Manage HR operations and support daily administrative activities.

Prepare HR reports, recruitment MIS, and workforce analytics for management.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve recruitment and operational goals.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, or related industries will be preferred.
