As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources function and support our growing workforce.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance across our retail stores and corporate office.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and corporate office.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the hiring process.

Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave records, probation confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities.

Address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.

Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Performance Management

Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.

Monitor probation periods and performance feedback.

Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.





HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and employee documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Training & Development

Identify training needs across stores and office teams.

Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Track employee learning and development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.

Positive understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience using HRMS, ATS, or payroll software will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries will be preferred.
