HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

Location: J anakpuri, Recent Delhi (100% Work from Office)

Compensation: Up to ₹15-18 LPA (Commensurate with experience)

Geographic Preference: Residing in West Delhi, North-West Delhi, or nearby accessible locations.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Strategy & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and orchestrate all HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle frameworks from scratch.
- Aggressive Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines to hire top-tier talent across Sales, IT, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership roles.
- Operational Excellence: Own the day-to-end HR operations, including payroll management, compliance, leave/attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
- HRMS Ownership: Maximize the utilization of Keka HRMS to automate workflows, manage employee data, and derive actionable HR insights.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of recruiters and HR executives to meet aggressive organizational goals.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: 8–12 years of core HR experience,



with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (HR Manager, TA Lead, or HR Head).
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory background in EdTech, Training, IT Certifications, Test Preparation, or the Study Abroad sector.
- Career Stability: A proven track record of long-term commitment, featuring at least 2–3 years of continuous service with your current or most recent employer.
- Technical & Platform Skills: Hands-on, advanced proficiency with Keka HRMS is non-negotiable. Deep expertise using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and managing external vendor/consultancy partnerships.
- Core Competencies: Strong command over payroll structures, statutory compliance, labor laws, and modern Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Joining Window: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are highly preferred.
