?‍?Position: Manager – Human Resources

?Location: Mumbai & Pune

Experience

✔️ 6–10 years in HR, preferably in Facility Management / Staffing / Logistics / Infra sectors

Education

? MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

What You'll Do

✅ Act as HR Business Partner to operations and clients, driving customer satisfaction and resolving HR issues within TAT

✅ Ensure 100% onboarding hygiene, new site readiness, and payroll accuracy

✅ Lead statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and wage code implementation

✅ Manage incident closures, POSH cases, IR matters, and audit risk exposure

✅ Drive bulk hiring, ELI workforce planning, and retention strategies for frontline staff

✅ Champion induction, learning culture, D&I;, and employee engagement initiatives

✅ Support HR transformation projects and digital adoption (MITRA, MYDTSS)
