Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, administering compensation and benefits, and maintaining accurate HR records.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle performance management processes, employee relations, and policy implementation to ensure a fair, compliant, and supportive work environment. Daily responsibilities also involve partnering with leadership on workforce planning,



organizing training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive organizational culture aligned with FMC’s values.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance practices, and HR documentation processes.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement programs that support a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and basic MS Office tools for reporting and analytics.
- Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced media or similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within media, entertainment, or a creative industry, is beneficial.
