We're looking for a robust individual contributor to join as an HR Operations Intern . As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. 80% of your time will be spent supporting the operational aspect, and 20% will be generalist-focused , which is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, ownership, and working closely with people.

How would your day look like-

- Maintain accuracy across people-related data and records
- Audit documents shared by candidates to ensure alignment with the information provided during hiring
- Run and coordinate reference checks
- Support hiring and onboarding processes.
- Support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on people-related queries
- Observe, understand, and support people's behaviour within teams





You must:

- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams
- Be comfortable multitasking and managing priorities independently
- Genuinely enjoy data organisation, tracking, and maintaining meticulous records
- Practice active listening and follow-through
