What You'll Do Build Meolaa's Employer Brand

Create engaging content showcasing life at Meolaa.

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, office culture, events, and team stories.

Assist in building Meolaa's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Help position Meolaa as an employer of choice for creative, product, and business talent.

Content & Storytelling

Write employee stories, blogs, and LinkedIn posts.

Coordinate photoshoots and short-form video shoots.

Create Reels, carousels, and day-in-the-life content.

Support recruitment campaigns with creative assets.

Talent Marketing

Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and hiring campaigns.

Design creative hiring posts and referral campaigns.

Research employer branding trends and benchmark leading startups.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Employee Experience

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Capture and document important milestones, celebrations, and achievements.

Collect employee testimonials and success stories.





Help strengthen Meolaa's culture through creative communication. What We're Looking For A student or recent graduate in Marketing, HR, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong storytelling ability and an eye for aesthetics.

Comfortable creating social media content (Reels, posts, short videos).

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram trends.

Curious, proactive, and excited to experiment with new ideas.

Have managed a college page, creator account, or community.

Have experience creating videos or editing content.

Understand startup culture and employer branding.
