Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the Role LEARNURTURE is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate management, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR activities.

This opportunity is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.





Prepare reports and maintain recruitment records.

Requirements Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Positive interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
