About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, candidate management, communication, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and basic HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks.





Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online platforms.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Students currently pursuing graduation or fresh graduates from any stream can apply.
- Prior HR experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates interested in HR, recruitment, and people management are preferred.
