The contract may be extended or converted into a permanent role based on business requirements and individual performance. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding through LinkedIn and other job portals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Address employee queries and support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Maintain attendance and leave records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage employee records and HR databases with complete confidentiality.
Support HR operations, administration, and ongoing HR projects. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
