We're Hiring: HR Generalist Location: Mohali (Work From Office)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Mansa Infotech is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and hands-on experience in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities. Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.





Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling. Draft HR policies, letters, and other HR-related documents. Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.

Required Skills Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in the IT industry. Strong experience in IT recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and employee relations. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA (HR) will be an added advantage. Please mention "HR Generalist – Mohali" in the subject line. Only candidates with relevant IT HR experience will be considered.
