Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on-boarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and appraisal reports
- Handle on-boarding, induction, and exit processes
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts team




- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
- Assist in performance management and training coordination
- Maintain HR reports and dashboards

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in media or creative industries)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
