About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, accuracy, and process discipline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Execute joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, and orientation for current hires.
- Handle employee confirmations, probation reviews, transfers, and promotions, and support Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes.
- Manage employee exits, resignation formalities, Full & Final settlements, clearance processes, experience letters, and exit interviews.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements,
and other payroll inputs.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR documentation, and confidential records.
- Support statutory audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communication to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
