Job Description:

- Responsible for handling the process of end to end IT Recruitment cycle
- Must have experience in IT Recruitment
- Valuable understanding of IT Technologies.
- To source profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc
- Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communicationetc.
- Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom call, web Et
- Strong knowledge on Excel
- Negotiating the salary as well as notice period
- Regular Follow up the candidates till joining
- Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate
- Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports.
