Role & responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
