Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for those with up to 0-2 years of experience in accounting, as well as individuals preparing for their CA exams or those eager to start a career in accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required, with opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform data entry and assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.




- Assist in generating and reviewing financial reports as required.
- Provide support for audit and tax preparation activities.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support various finance-related projects.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of GST and TDS compliance

- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reports, reconciliation)

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

- Ability to handle accounts independently

Preferred Candidate:

- 0 - 2 Years of Experience in logistics industry accounting

- Candidates based in or willing to work in Navi Mumbai
