Role: Project Manager

Experience: 10to12 Years (for Petrochemical & Refinery Projects)

Key Responsibilities

- Establish project timelines, including Master Schedule, Monthly Plans, and Weekly Activity Plans.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and monitor overall project progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare periodic project progress review reports.
- Present project progress reports and updates to clients.
- Delegate tasks and monitor the performance of junior team members.
- Monitor and review all construction activities while providing necessary technical inputs.
- Ensure proper activity sequencing and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and other agencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety,



and project execution standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10to12 years of experience in Petrochemical and Refinery Projects.
2. Experience in EPC construction/execution of petrochemical plants, refinery units, oil & gas facilities, or allied industrial projects will be preferred.
3. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
