- Managing Group Operations partners with login to issuance (capacity to handle multiple partners)
- Interacting with Partners/MPH and internal business teams for closure of pending cases
- TAT maintenance of Login to Issuance and requirements closures
- Communicating with internal stakeholders/departments involved in login to issuance
- Period Training/meeting with partners/sales on Digital enablers and issuance pending cases
- Ability to review/ the customer documents/CDF/forms as per underwriting/company requirements

- Solid interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written
- Should have versed with excels & presentations.
