Associate Vice President Business Development – IPO Origination

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join our Investment Banking – IPO Origination team. The candidate will support the business development team in identifying high-growth companies, initiating conversations with promoters, and building relationships that lead to potential IPO mandates. This role provides solid exposure to capital markets and the IPO ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify companies with strong growth potential that may be suitable for IPOs.
- Conduct initial outreach to promoters and senior management of potential clients.
- Assist in conducting preliminary IPO feasibility discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with chartered accountants, consultants, and advisors.




- Maintain a pipeline of potential IPO candidates and update CRM systems regularly.
- Support team leaders in promoter meetings and capital markets discussions.
- Track industry developments and identify sectors with strong IPO potential.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 5+ years in financial services, business development, consulting, or capital markets.

Education: MBA / CA / CFA

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, interest in capital markets, and a proactive approach to business development.
