Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute training programs across departments
- Assess training needs in partnership with business teams
- Design and update training content and materials
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and track completions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
- Support onboarding training for recent employees

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of learning and development processes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience coordinating training logistics and schedules
- Proficiency in MS Office and LMS tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Good to Have:

- Certification in training/facilitation
- Experience designing e-learning content
- Exposure to leadership development programs
