We are looking for an experienced AVP Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for real estate sales positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in recruitment consultancy or corporate talent acquisition with expertise in high-volume sales hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales roles.
- Manage client relationships and hiring delivery.
- Build sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Track recruitment KPIs, TAT, and hiring quality.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- 7–15 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in real estate sales hiring is mandatory.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
