Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation and HR records
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles across departments
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Address employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements

Required Skills:

- Broad understanding of core HR functions and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Good understanding of labour law basics
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Good to Have:

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience across multiple HR functions (generalist background)
- Exposure to HR analytics
