Help BD team in Engaging with BMC, MHADA, etc. to get information duly approved by the planning agencies for design team to prepare brief. To engage with BMC for following
- Conversion of VLT into tenancies
- Layouts of all BMC properties
- Resolving issue of residential property converted to commercial
- Finalizing plan on redevelopment for each property
Assisting in engaging with societies to make them agreeable to the redevelopment while consent is not required
Keeping relevant information (Demarcation, tenant data, entitlement data etc.) for all 33(9) properties
Assists in engaging with 33(9)A Industrial user to understand their requirement
Qualification
Essential-Graduation from valuable college
Desirable/Preferable -MBA
Work Experience
Total Years (Band)-5 years minimum
