Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location : Navi Mumbai
Department : Sales & Marketing
Reports To : GM Sales
We require an immediate joiner for this opening.

Job Summary
The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets and promoting engineering products and services.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively communicate value propositions to industrial clients, EPC contractors, and OEMs.

Key responsibilities-

1. Generate leads and convert them into Sales enquiries
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
3. Customer mapping of the targeted industry segments
4. Meeting end users, design, project, SCM team of prospective customers
5. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts
6. Gather market intelligence on competition, projects, tenders
7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals
8. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
9.



Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering
2. 3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical & instrumentation equipment to Oil & Gas, Fire & Safety, Chemicals, sectors
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to understand technical specifications and tender documents
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
6. Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings

Preferred Attributes:

1. Experience in selling to O&G; customers, EPCs, Chemical, Fire & Safety solution providers
2. Male candidates preferred.
3. Exposure to vendor qualification, approvals with PSUs, Engg. consultants
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to understand technical specifications and tender documents
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
7. Frequent travel for client visits and site meetings
