Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

- Supervise finished goods (FG) receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate Goods Receipt (GR), SAP/StockOne transactions, and inventory records.
- Review and authorize dispatch documentation while ensuring timely and error-free dispatches.
- Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, and reconciliation.
- Lead and develop warehouse and dispatch teams through training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve operational issues related to dispatch, inventory, systems, and manpower.
- Coordinate NDPS export license activities and ensure compliance with export regulations.





Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

- B.Sc. / B.Pharm. / D.Pharm. or equivalent.
- Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, finished goods, and dispatch operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/StockOne (WMS) and inventory management.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, NDPS regulations, and export documentation.
- Experience in serialization will be an added advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
