Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations.
- Manage delivery executives and ensure complete route coverage.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and optimise delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining service quality.




- Handle customer delivery escalations professionally.
- Maintain attendance, delivery records, and operational MIS.
- Monitor vehicle utilisation and driver performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Train and guide delivery staff to improve productivity

Required Skills

- Experience in Logistics or Last Mile Operations.
- Strong team handling skills.
- Route planning and fleet coordination.
- Positive knowledge of Mumbai routes.
- Basic Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts.
