What you will do

- Convert founder inputs into Instagram reels, carousel outlines, captions, stories and LinkedIn adaptations.
- Research personal finance, markets, wealth topics, competitor content and trending hooks.
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate freelancers for design, video editing and production support.
- Publish/schedule content and monitor comments, DMs, story replies and lead signals.
- Create weekly performance notes and a simple monthly dashboard covering growth, engagement and leads.
- Build a content idea bank from client questions, market events, workshops, tools and competitor posts.

You are a good fit if

- You write clearly and can make finance feel simple without making it shallow.
- You understand social media hooks, formats, pace and why people save/share/comment.
- You are organised enough to run a calendar without daily reminders.
- You are comfortable using AI tools for research, drafts and idea generation.
- You can read numbers and improve based on evidence, not just instinct.
- You are excited by wealth, money behaviour, markets and education-first content.

Preferred experience





- 1-3 years in social media, content, digital marketing or founder-brand content.
- Portfolio of posts, reels, carousels, captions or campaigns is more significant than degree.
- Finance/fintech experience is useful but not mandatory.

Significant reality check

- This is not a senior strategy role; you will work closely with Salonee on direction.
- You do not need to be a financial expert, but you must be curious and accuracy-conscious.
- You will not be expected to do advanced design/video alone; freelancers can support production.

What success looks like

- A reliable weekly Instagram calendar: reels, carousels, stories and founder-led education content.
- Sharper hooks, cleaner scripts and content that makes Indian families want to talk to My Wealth Guide.
- Regular tracking of reach, saves, shares, comments, DMs, website clicks and qualified leads.
- A clear monthly answer to: what worked, what did not work, and what should we test next?
