Job Description:
We are looking for a TA who can handle frontline hiring end-to-end. The person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across tech and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct calling
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for interview feedback and closures
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely updates
Candidate Details:
Qualifications s Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in frontline recruitment
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment
