Role & responsibilities
1. Portfolio Record Keeping : involves documenting each trade, dividend, and interest payment to ensure everything is done correctly in Tally.
Journal entries accurately recorded.
Final Accounts Preparation
Prepare Realised Gain/Loss Statement.
MIS as per Management's requirements
Knowledge of Overseas Remittance and Accounting
Daily bank entries to be updated to system.
Valuation Analysis
Understanding the value of a portfolio
2. Regulatory Compliance :

Quarterly Income and Expenditure for advance tax purpose
Maintaining file according to Wealth Advisor
Contract notes to be updated into tally daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accounting records related to investments, wealth management, and banking transactions.
2. Process and record transactions involving equities, bonds, debt funds, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.
3. Reconcile bank accounts, investment statements, and financial records.
4. Maintain accurate MIS reports, investment schedules, and data entries.
5.



Assist in tracking investment portfolios and capital gains.
6. Prepare reports for management on investments and financial performance.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
8. Coordinate with bankers, brokers, auditors, and financial advisors as required.
9. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and investment records.
10. Support taxation-related work, including capital gains computation and related documentation.

Mandatory Requirements
1. B.Com degree (Mandatory).
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounts with exposure to:
Stock Market, Bonds, Debt Funds, Banking Operations, Investment Accounting, Wealth Management
3. Sound knowledge of Capital Gains and Taxation.
4. Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
5. Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
